The Proper Pint

The Proper Pint Package is all about good food, cold beer, and zero fuss. This package includes crisp pints, stacked burgers fresh off the grill, and plenty of saucy wings to go around. Perfect for kicking back with friends, catching the match, or just having a proper good time. 

This package includes, but is not limited to:

  • Brisket & Shortrib Burger Bar

  • Smoked or Beef Fat Fried Chicken Wings Served Buffet Style or in Buckets Per Table

  • Assorted Chicken Wing Sauces

  • Slaw

  • Salty Cod Seasoned Potato Chips

  • 2 Beer Tickets Per Person (this number can change!)

The Queen’s Table

This package offers two courses and can be served plated or family-style

  • Haddock Chowder

  • The Salty Cod Bruschetta

  • Chef’s Salad

Entree:

  • Lemon Chicken Salad: A warm salad of grilled lemon chicken, asparagus, baby spinach, sautéed fingerling potatoes, and mango, finished with a light, sharp passionfruit dressing

  • Traditional Fish & Chips: Sustainably line-caught wild Atlantic Haddock in a light, crispy batter, served with house-made chips cooked in beef fat, homemade tartar sauce, and mushy peas or curry sauce

  • Boneless Pork Chop: Allegiance boneless pork chop chargrilled and served with broccolini, mashed potatoes, and finished with an organic cider and wild mushroom cream sauce

The King’s Spread

This package offers two courses and can be served plated or family-style

  • Bangers & Mash: Homemade Cumberland sausages served over creamy mashed potatoes, finished with a rich Guinness, onion, and thyme gravy
